ShimaCos is open to:

• Cosplayers
• Photographers
• Visitors who enjoy cosplay photography

International visitors, first-time cosplayers, and solo travelers are all welcome.
Japanese language skills are not required to enjoy the event.

Changing rooms for cosplayers will be available on site.
