Ticket purchase information

Tickets for the cosplay events of the World Cosplay Summit can be ordered and purchased from Rakuten Ticket.

Notes.

* Registration to Rakuten Ticket is not required, but Rakuten points cannot be obtained.

* Changes and refunds after purchase are not possible.

* Please exchange your ticket for a proof of participation (expected to consist of WCS goods) at the reception desk.

* Persons holding a Participation ticket for cosplayers or a Participation ticket for photographers shall come to the “World Cosplay Summit reception desk” located at the Central Park underground shopping center. (Place: Store in font of Starbucks, at the southern side of the Central Eye)

* Persons holding a ticket for a cosplay changing room shall come to the corresponding changing room.

* Please acknowledge that the purchase of tickets includes a separate processing fee.

Participation ticket for cosplayers

What is the “Participation ticket for cosplayers”

• It is required for participation in the World Cosplay Summit as a cosplayer.
• It is a ticket intended for persons who attend the event after changing clothes at home or elsewhere (for persons who do not need a changing room).
• It is valid for a specific day! ! Persons attending on both Saturday and Sunday shall purchase each of the respective tickets. (It is required to clear the reception process on each day)
• Persons holding a Participation ticket for cosplayers shall come to the “World Cosplay Summit reception desk” located at the Central Park underground shopping center

* Please exchange the ticket for a proof of participation at the reception desk.

* For persons holding a Participation ticket for cosplayers, an inspection of their costume will be conducted at the reception desk to make sure that it complies with the rules for participation in the events. Please come to the reception desk already wearing your costume.

Ticket for cosplay changing room

What is the “Ticket for cosplay changing room”

• It’s the ticket required for participation as a cosplayer in the World Cosplay Summit, making use of the changing rooms.
• It is a ticket that allows the use of the reception, the changing rooms and the places to store baggage.
• Please come to the corresponding changing room to complete the reception process.
• It is valid for a specific changing room, a specific day, a specific time and a specific gender! ! Please take this into account when purchasing.

Location of the changing rooms

This year, the location of the changing room with English-speaking staff is“Sakae Building”!

* Bansho-ji Nobunaga-hall is staffed only in Japanese.

Types of changing room tickets

This year there are 3 types of changing room ticket! These are “Early ticket”, “Normal ticket” and “Night ticket”.

They have a different price depending on the opening time of the reception desk, so you can choose and purchase the ticket that better suits your needs!

* Cosplay changing room tickets are valid for a specific day, a specific changing room and a specific gender, so please make sure that there is not any mistake upon purchase. Changes and refunds after purchase are not possible.

* Please take into account that the opening times are different depending on the day and on the changing rooms. * Due to the regulations of the “Nagoya Sakae Building”, access with long objects with a length greater than 1 m is not allowed. The staff at the reception on the ground floor can keep such objects on your behalf, so please address to them. * An inspection of the costumes will be conducted in order to make sure that they comply with the rules for participation in the events. * Persons who have special concerns regarding the use of the changing rooms can contact us using our inquiry form.

What is the “Participation ticket for photographers”

• It is required for persons who would like to participate in the World Cosplay Summit as a photographer. It is valid for a specific day! !
• The ticket valid for the two days is great value for money for persons attending on both Saturday and Sunday! !
• Persons holding a Participation ticket for photographers shall come to the “World Cosplay Summit reception desk” located at the Central Park underground shopping center.

* Please exchange the ticket for a proof of participation at the reception desk.

Place for temporary baggage storage

We have arranged a booth for baggage storage! Usage is open to all cosplayers carrying many bags and to photographers as well!

Charge

* Please pay in cash on the day of the event. There is no advanced sale of tickets.
* The price is the same for each item irrespective of its size. You are welcome to put small bags inside larger ones.
* Once an item has been returned, repeated deposit requires the payment of a new storage fee.
* Items cannot be stored overnight. Please come to pick up your bags no later than 9 PM.
* Reception will operate in order of arrival. The service may become unavailable in case that its maximum capacity is reached. Please acknowledge this in advance.
