This documentary showcases the activities of the WCS Hospitality Student Executive Committee, a volunteer group of local university students dedicated to welcoming and supporting the world’s top cosplayers at the World Cosplay Summit held in Nagoya, Japan.

Through interviews with committee members and footage of their preparations and activities during the event, the documentary captures the passion and dedication of these students as they strive to make the World Cosplay Summit a memorable and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

The documentary also highlights the impact of the committee’s efforts in promoting Nagoya as a welcoming and supportive city for cosplay culture, and in building connections between fans and cosplayers from around the world.

Overall, the documentary serves as a tribute to the hard work and commitment of the WCS Hospitality Student Executive Committee, and a celebration of the power of cosplay to bring people together and foster cultural exchange.

Usually, we attend (help) cosplayers visiting Japan from overseas during their stay in Japan. We accompany them to events, and on days when they are not participating in events, we go shopping with them and show them around Nagoya, and we do other support activities under the slogan “Omotenashi” (hospitality).
