The World Cosplay Summit Organizing Committee (hereinafter referred to as “the Committee”) has established the following Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy”) regarding the handling of users’ personal information in the services provided by the Committee (hereinafter referred to as “the Services”). The Committee, or companies contracted by the Committee under strict agreements, recognize the importance of personal information, ensuring proper collection, use, and protection while implementing appropriate security management measures.

Additionally, information may be obtained from the Committee’s affiliated partners, including information providers, advertisers, and ad distributors.
