As you are attending an event in a hot temperature or under direct sunlight, do not push yourself and take a break often.
Use cooling items
Use items that can cool the hot summer temperature, such as cooling sheets, cooling scarf, portable fan, folding fan, instant coolants, refrigerants, and cooling sprays. You can efficiently cool your body by cooling areas of your body with thick veins such as the base of your neck.
