PRESS APPLICATION

This is the application form for media coverage of the World Cosplay Summit 2022.

Once filled in, it will be sent to the recipient automatically.
About one week before the event is held, the “Event information / Press guide” (PDF) will be sent to the email address that you entered. Make sure that you are able to receive email from the address “press@wcs.co.jp”.

If a separate reply is needed, please check “Request reply”.
In case of filling in this form on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday, we will in principle reply on or after the next business day.

[Important remarks]
We ask that you wear a mask when entering the facilities.
We appreciate your cooperation in preventing the spread of covid19. Please take measures to prevent heat stroke as well.
Media coverage will be refused for persons under the following circumstances. We ask for your understanding.

• Having a body temperature of 37.5 °C or higher (please measure your body temperature beforehand on the day of the coverage)
• Having symptoms of intermittent coughing
• Having symptoms of a cold or fever (body temperature of 37.5 °C or higher)
• Having been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for covid19
• Having a family member living together, or a close acquaintance who is suspected to be infected
• Having travelled to a country or region where the government has placed restrictions on entry, or requires a period of observation after entry, or having a close contact with a person residing in such a country or region

【Advanced information for the day of the event】
Please come directly to the site on the day of the event after having sent the media coverage application email.
Register at the Press Reception desk in the Oasis 21 Galaxy Plaza.
You will receive you a Press guide booklet and a media pass.
For those willing to cooperate with our paperless efforts, please inform the reception desk that you do not need the Press guide booklet.
Please use the “Event Information / Press guide” (PDF) that was sent in advance. Be sure to receive a media pass.
Please prepare two business cards, which will be requested at the reception desk.
If you do not have a business card, please fill in the form below with name of the press or media, and a URL or other information that shows the activities of your press or media. (Online streamers, youtubers, etc.)
On the day of the event, the reception desk may decline some media coverage, depending on the details of the application.
Members of the press who request media coverage are asked to enter the following information.
