Application for the special photo shooting at the water basin of Hisaya-odori Park
This year we are having again the special opportunity to take pictures at the water basin of the Hisaya-odori Park! An application in advance is required, so please read the following indications carefully and send us your application!

Application period
From 1 July (Fri) 10:00 to 24 July (Sun) 23:59
* A draw will take place in case that there is a great number of applicants.
* The results of the application will be announced by e-mail before 29 July (Fri).

Important points regarding the application
- Please make your application in groups consisting of up to 3 photographed subjects and up to 3 photographers.
- Photographing time for each group is limited to 15 minutes.
- Please come to the reception of the photo shooting at the water basin 15 minutes before the beginning of your time.
- In the groups selected for participation, it is required to purchase a “Cosplay changing room ticket (including participation ticket” or a “Cosplay participation ticket” or “Participation ticket for photographers” for all the participants. Please purchase them in advance.

Other important points
- Photographing will take place with 3 groups at a time.
- The space for each group is approximately 2 m × 2 m. (Panels will be laid on the water basin, and photographing is not allowed outside the panels)
- WCS official camera staff will be taking pictures of the photo shooting, which may be published on different social media sites and web pages.
